We live in a world that tells us we're supposed to know things. And if we don't know we're supposed to find out.

Along with knowing, there is pressure to be certain. It's a lot.

Here's the thing, we're not actually designed to know things in our minds, but in our bodies. That's where our innate wisdom resides and where you'll find the way to the YOUest you.

Your experiment for the day: When you feel pressured to have an answer today, try to pause for a few seconds to get really quiet. Turn inward and see if your body has anything to share. You might be surprised.⁣
