⁣Living in particularly uncertain times can feel destabilizing.

Our inclination is to counter that with the desire to know. To have answers. To feel like we can predict the future.

We can get so caught up in the need to know we can overlook the beauty of not knowing—of the wonder and awe that is contained in deep mystery.

Your experiment for the day: Cultivating wonder is a seriously good use of your time. Being in nature is the quickest portal. Sit quietly in nature for 5 minutes today. Watch something really closely—a bug, a bird, a sunset. Anything you pay close attention to will ignite your innate sense of awe.
