Living in this long stretch of turmoil takes a toll in so many ways.

One of those ways is that fear and concern suck up all our brain space.

It may seem beyond difficult, but reclaiming some of that brain energy to allow yourself to dream is really important.

Not only does it calm your nervous system, we can only create a better future through our imaginations and dreams.

Your experiment for the day: Dreams come in all sizes. We realize our big dreams by practicing on the little ones. Find a little one that you've been neglecting and make it happen this week.
