Our culture celebrates 'rugged individualism' even though it has never been remotely true.

Every great achievement in this world is the result of some sort of group effort.

None of us really accomplishes anything on our own.

Everything is connected. Everything.

It's your work to become the YOUest you, not only because that's your individual purpose—it's also the necessary piece to perfect the whole.

Your experiment for the day: Notice when you feel alone and without resources. Take a moment to remind yourself of all your many connections. And ask for help if you need it. Helping each other builds stronger connections.
