I'm not here to tell you that childhood is a dream. For most kids many days are far from it.

But I am here to tell you that between all the ups and downs, you created worlds inside of you that only you knew about.

Inside these worlds you were free and safe. It's where you did your best work.

These are the places where the seeds of your YOUness were planted.

Your experiment for the day: Think about the things you loved to do as a kid. Or the places you went to in your daydreams. Consider bringing some of those loves back into your adult life.
