There are so many voices—both internal and external—telling us we are somehow not enough. Not smart enough. Not selfless enough. Not successful enough. On and on it goes.

So it’s really important to pause from time to time to remember that you really are astounding. Over 100 billion people have walked this planet over the course of time, yet there will only ever be one YOU.

Given all this, becoming the YOUest you seems even more important. You’re clearly here to do big things!

Your experiment for the day: When not-enoughness shows up for you today, take a moment to remember your one-in-a-hundred-billionness and embody the feeling of just how special you really are.
