It is true that you should never underestimate the power of a small group of dedicated people. They really can change the world around them.

Those changes then ripple out to the wider world.

It's impossible to live on the planet today and NOT feel overwhelmed by it all.

But if we can look away from all that's needed in the wider world and refocus closer in, we can find real agency.

We CAN change ourselves. And that can ripple to those closest to us. That then changes the world around us.

Allowing yourself to be the YOUest you is exactly what the world needs.

Your experiment for the day: Pick a place in the wider world that makes you feel overwhelmed. What is one action you can take to relieve some of that pressure in YOUR world? Maybe it's as simple as just turning off the news to spend some quiet time fixing dinner with someone you love.
