Here's the thing about fear. It's inevitable. It's kinda shitty. By definition, it's scary. But it's also how we learn.

We are designed to be concerned about new experiences and the unknown. We're also designed to feel fear and do things anyway. We call it courage.

This is our heart energy en-couraging us to expand.

Sometime working through our fears feels like it's 90% of what we do. And it might be. Because all we're really here to do is learn to trust ourselves. It’s how you become the YOUest.

Your experiment for the day: Find a little fear today and do it anyway. Speak up in a meeting. Dye your hair purple. Say hi to that cute guy you see every morning in the coffee shop. Ask for that raise.
