We often get so busy working to keep up that we forget to stop now and then to reassess.

Do we actually WANT what we're working for? Do we even know what we want at all?

For most of us we've been told what we SHOULD want for so long that we don't even know if our wants are actually our own.

I know for myself whenever the question comes up, I always find myself at a loss. I'm rarely immediately sure. Unless I'm at Torchy's, then the answer is always a clear, "chips and queso!" 🤣

Not knowing WHAT we actually want is the bigget hurdle to bringing things into our life that light us up. These are the things that make you the YOUest.

Your experiment for the day: It's worth a half hour of undistracted time to write out your top 5 wants. You might be surprised what shows up on the list.
