Love Note 2.19.24

Most of us on the planet are actually designed to be workers.

But we are supposed to be doing work that lights us up and has meaning for us.

There's also supposed to be time for us to rest. None of us are designed to work all the time.

This place we've gotten to in our evolution is unsustainable. Pretty much everyone realizes this.

We're so focused on doing we leave almost no time to just BE.

Time off. Time alone. Time out. Just simple TIME is a necessary ingredient of YOUest-ness.

We've been taught to chase money, but time is actually far more valuable. Make money to survive, but make time to live.

Your experiment for the day: Take a break. Rest. Don't work so hard. Let that paperwork sit unfinished. We call it 'spending' time for a reason. Don't 'spend' your precious time today on things you don't actually value.

Go be the YOUest today!
