It's such a simple thing. Connecting over food is probably one of the oldest traditions humans share.

But we don't do it enough in our culture. Many of us don't even sit down to eat anymore, let alone sit to enjoy time with others.

But we can be intentional about our meal times. We can set aside time to eat and enjoy the company of others.

We've gotten out of practice with our connections, but becoming the YOUest requires us to renew our communal bonds.

Your experiment for the day: Organize an impromptu dinner with folks you love but haven't spent enough time with recently.
