Truth can be hard. Usually it shows up a bunch of times before we even consider it.

When it eventually slips in under our defenses we'll spend a bunch more energy denying that it's there.

When we can no longer deny its existence, that's when we usually start getting mad at it.

Truth just pushes up against whatever has become comfortable. So it you're at the pissed off stage, that means freedom is just around the corner..

Your experiment for the day: Pay attention to what pisses you off today. What's the truth hiding out behind it?
