We forget how much wisdom is contained in our bodies.

And we've been conditioned to listen to our minds. But if we slow down and quiet ourselves for even just a few minutes we can tap into that embodied wisdom.

It's one of the reasons I think a personal creative practice is so important. Making with our hands is one of the most accessible way to reconnect to the wisdom of the YOUest you.

Your experiment for the day: The world moves super fast and there's always more to do, but create a window of 10 minutes today to either sit quietly with not distractions or to make something with your hands. See if you feel a bit more connected to your inner knowing.
