It's just a really good practice to question the voices in our heads.

Much of it is just pure chatter.

Sometimes those voices are really resourceful and supportive.

More often they are programs handed to us through the thoughtless words of others.

So when your internal voices say unbelievable things—don't believe them.

Discerning between the resourceful voices and the unresourceful ones is important being the YOUest.

Your experiment for the day: Notice people in your life today who are navigating a bit hopelessness or overwhelm. Take a moment to connect and remind them they are not alone.
