Love Note 3.11.24 💚

We can get so removed from this simple truth.

At the source of it all, love is where we come from and seek to return to.

But day to day life is a distraction from this simple fact. We forget it when we're in relationship with others.

And we forget it within our relationship to ourselves.

When we can find that love within us and move in the world from that place, everything flows.

Your experiment for the day: When you feel frustrated, annoyed, or even angry today, try to pause. Find that space within you that loves unconditionally and ground into it before you take your next step.
