But we often beat ourselves up about this process. We've been conditioned to think that we're somehow supposed to learn and expand without making mistakes.

It's absurd. Learning REQUIRES mistakes. So if you're looking to drop some weight, this is a great place to start.

Drop this ridiculous story and give yourself (and others) grace. There is no mistake-free path to growth.

Messing up and learning is the only path to being the YOUest.

Your experiment for the day: Is there something you're NOT doing because you're afraid of messing up? Reconsider that today.
