Our culture teaches us that thoughts, rationality and logic are everything.

There is also a deep distrust of emotion.

Yet emotions are how our bodies speak to us. They are manifestations of awarenesses that are outside of logic and rationality.

So we are constantly caught in this process where we look to our brains for answers, while ignoring the clear messages coming from the wisdom of our bodies.

Being the YOUest involves honoring the wisdom of your emotions equally to that of your logic.

Your experiment for the day: Catch yourself overthinking today. Pause and tune in to your embodied wisdom. What are you FEELING about the situation?
