So often we are able to see the goodness and strength and value in others.

Yet we can struggle to see it in ourselves.

The truth is, often what you see in others is just a reflection.

So if you're seeing things you like, it really is just pieces of you being reflected back.

The same is true when you're seeing things you don't like.

We don't see the world as it is. We see the world as we are.

Your experiment for the day: Pay attention to when you notice beautiful things in others today. Pause for a moment, look inward and identify that same beauty within you.
