Love Note 3.16.24 💚

We are living though a moment where a lot of hate is emergent.

Because we all have lots of wounding that has been unattended and suppressed.

Hate doesn't come from nowhere. It's rooted in fear, mistrust, powerlessness, or vulnerability.

Addressing our wounds is the only way to get to the love.

It may feel impossible to make much impact on the wider world, but we do have some agency within ourselves.

Love is the language of being the YOUest.

Your experiment for the day: Notice where you see hate in the world today. Instead of getting caught up in those energetics, send some love their way.
