Love Note 3.18.24 💚

Our lives can become so routine that we start to believe things are predictable. Some of us even start to crave that illusion.

In many ways we ARE just going through the motions. Busy doing, doing, doing.

We're so conditioned to our routines that we've even come to fear the word 'unexpected.'

Today is an opportunity to embrace the unexpected as a much needed kick in the pants to shift our perspective and allow in some newness.

Too much routine keeps you from exploring your YOUness.

Your experiment for the day: Notice where you are mindlessly doing whatever you've been trained to do. Stop. Just stop doing the thing that way and challenge yourself to do it another way. This could be a simple as taking a new route home from work.

Go be the YOUest!
