But sometimes we find ourselves back in a life we thought we had grown beyond.

It's just part of the process.

And it's a way to give your brain evidence that you have actually grown.

Growth isn't linear. The path to being the YOUest twists and turns.

Your experiment for the day: If you slip back into an old pattern today, notice that it's an OLD pattern and see if you can discern what's different for you now.
