We've created a world that steeps us in manufactured fear 24/7.

We're conditioned to fear just about everything, but the unknown is at the top of the list.

And, for the last 100 years or so we've been living in a pretty convincing illusion of certainty.

But that's all it is. Illusion.

Life progresses only through uncertainty and unexpected mutation.

Our constant craving for certainty keeps us unavailable to the most precious thing about life—possibility.

Reveling in uncertainty keeps you open to the possibilities of becoming the YOUest.

Your experiment for the day: Notice where you're taking in messages that condition you to fear the unknown. Not one moment of your life has been known beforehand, yet you've managed to make the most of all the possibilities.
