We are living through the last days of the 'survival of the fittest' mentality.

It was never true. Darwin didn't actually say it. He certainly didn't observe it.

Competition isn't what keeps us alive, it's cooperation.

So, even though we've been conditioned to strive for it, getting ahead of our fellow humans leaves us all behind.

Did you know it's easier to cooperate when you're at your YOUest? True story.

Your experiment for the day: Pay attention to the messages you hear today that suggest you have to be better, stronger, faster in order to survive. And remember that these messages are asking you to forget that we are actually all in this together.
