Love Note 3.27.24 💚

We are all supposed to see the world differently.

Yet we've created a world where we fight to the death over our different viewpoints.

Think about it. We can see three different views out of our two eyes. If we can't even see the world the same from one half of our body to the other, how (and why) did we come to believe that we're meant to see things as others do?

Or, that not seeing things the same is somehow bad?

I don't know how we got here, I'm just reminding us that having and sharing our unique perspectives is not only how you become the YOUest, it's also how you impact the collective.

Your experiment for the day: Take a minute today to close one eye and then the other. Do it quickly over and over for a bit. Really try to embody the idea that you see the world slightly different even within yourself. Now think of someone in your life you don't always see eye to eye with. Is there any space to allow their views in?
