Love Note 3.29.24 💚

Have you ever stopped to wonder who you might be today without all the conditioning you received?

Of course, we'll never really know, but there are a few places in our day to day where our Not-self shows up loud and clear.

Like every time we tell ourselves or others that we're not enough.

Any time we criticize ourselves we can rest assured that came from outside of us.

It's not that we shouldn't be aware of places that we and others can improve, but that's constructive feedback—relating information that might shift things for the better.

Criticism is just our wounds spoken aloud.

Letting go of our criticisms of ourselves and others is critical to becoming the YOUest.

Your experiment for the day: Notice your critical voice today. Mostly we keep it close right in our own minds—chipping away at our confidence, self-love and joy. When it shows up today remind it that it's not even yours. Consider giving it an eviction notice.
