Often we look at doubt as an indicator of inability. That if we doubt our abilities that means we must not be capable.

It’s actually the opposite. We’re wired to doubt so that we will check all the boxes before we act.

Our doubt is here to keep us safe—not keep us stuck.

Doubts are just questions looking for reasonable answers. So if you’re doubting your abilities, give your brain evidence that you can do the thing by getting out there and doing the thing.

You’re just one small doubt away from being the YOUest today.

Your experiment for the day: Notice where you’re doubting today and practice looking at the questions being raised and the info the doubts bring to light.
