Our trust in ourselves is built in.

And then every day you live on the planet is another opportunity for generally well-meaning people to remove that trust bit by bit.

But we can re-learn how to trust ourselves.

The turmoil of the planet right now is teaching us what happens when we give our authority away.

When we reconnect to our own innate inner knowing, we become discerning about truth in the outer world as well.

We can only trust as far as we are trustworthy.

There's no way to be the YOUest without self trust.

Your experiment for the day: Pay attention to where you are giving away your power. Notice when you look to experts even when something inside of you feels off.
