Our questioning energy is a really important aspect of ourselves.

It's a powerful tool to be able to look at things and wonder if it's capable of more.

Doubt is a part of that process. When we ask questions about anything there is inherently part of us that doesn't know

When we turn this doubting energy inward though, it can mess with us.

That's why it's really important to have a strong connection and trust to our inner, embodied knowing.

So while our heads are tied in knots about some truly inconsequential thing, our body is there to remind us that it's all going to work out.

Your experiment for the day: Notice when you're doubting yourself today. See if you can discern the difference between that mind energy and the wisdom deeper down.
