Truth has always been a slippery thing. Even within us what's true can shift from moment to moment.

And those are just little truths. Big truths like, what does it all mean? well, we may never gt a handle on that one.

But just because truth can be hard or evasive, doesn't mead we shouldn't engage in the pursuit of it.

The trick is to recognize what truth is in the moment for you while simultaneously allowing that Truth can be ephemeral.

The even bigger trick is to recognize that is also the case for everyone else on the planet. Our truths don't always align.

And that's okay. It's actually how it's supposed to be. We don't have to have all the same truths to be in community. We actually need all the truths.

Getting clear about your own truths is part of being the YOUest.

Your experiment for the day: Pay attention to where you might be silent about what's true for you. Is it possible—or maybe even necessary—to voice this truth?
