Love Note 3.8.24 💚

We get so wrapped up in our own stuff that we regularly forget that we are often medicine for others.

Sometimes we can be completely unaware of it, but that doesn't make it any less impactful.

So if you woke up today with in a state of ennui, this is your reminder that even if you're not feeling it, you do have the power to heal.

Showing up for yourself even on hard days is not only part of being the YOUest, it makes a difference for others too.

Your experiment for the day: Notice people in your life today who are navigating a bit of hopelessness or overwhelm. Take a moment to connect and remind them they are not alone.
