Love Note 3.9.24 💚

There's so much conditioning in our lives. So many outside voices telling us what to do, what to think, how to be.

Here's the thing, those voices mostly only have to speak once. Our brains are wired to pick up the messages and not only take them in, but amplify them.

So we have to be really careful about listening to any loud, negative voices. They may not even be ours.

But you do have your own inner voice. And you can choose to speak to yourself with loving kindness.

Your experiment for the day: Be on the lookout for loud, unkind voices in your head. Remember that even though it may sound like you, it probably isn't. Practice quieting them and countering them with as much kindness as you can.
