It's something we can often forget, but life isn't necessarily supposed to be all smooth sailing.

There is supposed to be friction, challenges and disruption in life.

Sometimes we get so focused on tying to make things run flawlessly that we don't leave room for other possibilities.

Or we get blindsided by some wrench in the works.

We all know from our own lived experiences that often the most annoying, difficult, or friction-filled parts of our life have also offered gifts and lessons we would never have received otherwise.

Just a reminder that life's agitations help to release some of the grime that can build up over time.

Your experiment for the day: Pay attention to where things don't flow smoothly today. Look for where there may be better clarity on the other side of it all.
