We are light beings. We come into the world shining brightly.

But fairly quickly most of us find that we need to dim our lights.

But the light is always there ready to shine again.

And here's the thing: the world needs your light.

Your experiment for the day: Pay attention today to places where you dim your light. Maybe you don't speak what you know to be true. Maybe you brush off that compliment. Maybe you just don't bring your full self to the moment. Try to shine as brightly as you can today.
