This can be a very confusing world.

So much is happening and so little of it make any actual sense.

We have brief moments of understanding only to be plunged back into a vortex of obscurity the next moment.

But confusion + time = clarity.

Just like other aspects of life, there's got to be struggle. Becoming more ourselves requires us to grapple with the confusion of it all.

Your experiment for the day: Notice some place today where you are working hard and resisting change. Consider changing tactics and try a bit of surrender.
