Love Note 4.2.24 💚

Sometimes it's important to remind ourselves just how much of our best energy gets used at work.

Our friends, families and our own selves get the scraps of energy that are left over after long days and weeks at work.

Contrary to what you've been told, this isn't actually normal. It's just an experiment we've been running for a few hundred years.

Look anywhere at the moment and the results of the experiment are obvious.

It's time for a grand new experiment, but the only way we're going to get there is if each of us refuses to run the old one.

Your experiment for the day: Do it. Call in well. Or, if you're already at work, leave. Go allow yourself to use the best part of your energy on yourself and people you love. Bonus points if you spend at least part of the day in nature.
