I don’t know why it is, but so much of what’s really juicy in life hides behind a prickly shell.

I don’t know who first decided to eat a pineapple or figure out how to crack a coconut, but they did and the reward was great.


So the next time something feels risky or frightening remember to not turn away.

For whatever reason, that seems to be the YOUniverse’s calling card.

If you can just feel the fear and do it anyway it’s likely going to lead to good things.

Fear is just part of being the YOUest.

Your experiment for the day: Notice all the things that DON’T scare you just a little bit. These are all the places where you’re probably not growing.
